Balance activities are so important during the toddler years! Benefits from incorporating balance activities include:

-Strengthens muscles -Increases coordination -Lessens fall risk -Improves concentration


Here’s some balancing activities to try: -Sitting on a ball -Standing on one leg -Walking on the wood or cement park perimeter -Walking a straight line with one foot in front of the other -Yoga poses -Playing a game of freeze
