If your little one loves stickers as much as my guy, this activity is the one for you! It involves a little bit fine motor practice and a touch of mathematical skill building.
To do this activity, you’ll need:
-Scissors (adult use)
I cut a strip of construction paper for each color heart and then taped those strips to the paper. I placed the stickers near the paper and left it for the little guy to discover. Once ready, we worked on sorting the hearts by color and counted how many were in each color.
Such a quick, easy way to turn a normal fine motor/math activity into a Valentine’s-themed one!
